IPMATCH LAW provides EU trademark clearance search reports as described on this website. These reports are a preliminary screening tool and do not constitute a formal legal opinion, a guarantee of registrability, or a trademark filing service. Filing an application is a separate, additional service. No attorney-client relationship is formed by browsing this site or purchasing a report; that relationship begins only once a separate engagement is confirmed in writing.

Clearance reports reflect the databases and classifications available at the time the search is carried out and are limited to the scope you confirm (proposed mark, Nice classes, and jurisdictions). They cannot guarantee that a trademark office will approve an application, that no conflicting rights exist elsewhere, or that a third party will not later object.

Fees are as set out on our Pricing section, or as otherwise confirmed with you by email before work begins. Delivery timelines (standard 48 hours, or 24 hours with rush delivery) run from the point your search scope, price, and delivery date are confirmed, not from initial contact.

Details you share with us about your proposed trademark or business are used only to prepare your report and are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle personal data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPMATCH LAW's liability arising from a clearance report is limited to the fee you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business opportunity, arising from reliance on a report.
